My first job was 'corn detasseler' at the ripe 'ol age of 9. We'd be up around 4am and on a bus out to Mitchell's Bay, Ontario to walk around corn fields until mid-afternoon or so.

I'm sure that's a weird into to a bio. What's the point?

The point is, who we are, how we grew up and all of life experiences have shaped us into the change agent we've become. I'm a helper, always have been, always will be.

That's what good change management is. Be helpful. Be useful. All the other bullshit, gimmicks and fads don't matter. If you love helping people and are curious, you'll make a great agent of change.

On this Medium site I share stuff that's not directly related to change, but real change agents will get it.

In my spare time I write and record music.
